I offer interior design services to commercial and community spaces, applying my same principles of putting my client’s needs at the forefront of the process. I design spaces that help to support the way that you live and work and can bring personality to your workspace, event space or hospitality business. Working with a focus on style, brand identity and functionality, it’s a joy to partner with businesses to create spaces that enable staff and clientele to flourish.
Interior Design Process
Consultation
Once you have come on board with Anna Cordle Home you will receive a welcome pack with a break down of processes and a questionnaire to prompt your thoughts in preparation for our first meeting.
I will attend your home for an in-person consultation to get to know you and your family, see the space and discuss your hopes for your home.
Concept Design
The concept phase is an opportunity to create a vision for your home. Focusing on the flow and the feeling that you hope to create while distilling down the aesthetics that you love into a cohesive plan for your space. This is an opportunity to envision your dreams and set you on a path to realising them.
Detailed Design
Once you have approved the concept I move on to the process of selecting and sourcing the colours, textures, fabrics, furniture and finishing touches that you will need to bring your vision to life. You will receive a comprehensive design pack which includes layout, furniture specification, flooring and rugs, wall coverings and trims, paint colours and finishes, lighting and electrical plans, hardware/electrical products, carpentry elevation drawings and accessories.
Styling Day
At the end of your project it’s great to finish with a flourish! I will carefully curate finishing touches such as artwork and accessories to agreed budget and return to your home to style your space to give you that WOW factor that you are working towards.
It is a time to take stock, celebrate how far you have come and mark the end of the project!
